Shipping & Returns
Shipping chocolate is a tricky business, and we do our best to ensure that your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
The weather is a significant factor in the shipping process. If the climate in your area (or ours) is over 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we will include ice packs for safe cooling at an extra cost.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for a 2-3 day shipment of all packages. During higher temperature months, this shipment ensures happily non-melted chocolate with the accompaniment of an ice pack. In the case of extremely hot weather, we may hold your package until it is safe to ship, or charge an extra fee for overnight shipping. If this is the case, we will contact you directly to confirm the best possible option.
All orders during warm months must be made before Wednesday by 8am to ensure delivery the same week. All other orders will be processed and shipped the following Monday to ensure quality delivery of fresh chocolate.
For an additional cost, overnight or same day shipping can be made before Friday by 8am to ensure delivery within the week.
During cold months (when 70 degrees or below), your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of order placement, unless otherwise notified.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
You will receive a confirmation email of your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via the information below. We advise our customers to be present at the time of delivery so that your chocolate can be received and stored indoors upon arrival.
