We'll walk you through the detailed steps of chocolate making, and you'll get to taste how chocolate transforms from cocoa bean to chocolate bar.
This class will go into depth on the science of chocolate down to the molecular level while allowing you to taste the process along the way!
Led by our Chief Scientist and Production Manager, Anders Olsen, you will learn about what it takes to make chocolate on a molecular level. From start to finish, we will discuss what makes chocolate, chocolate!
