Shipping
One list, one spreadsheet, no trips to the post office. Drop-ship is $10 per gift, continental US. If you ship all gifts to 1 address, we'll ship for free.

Warm weather won't touch your gift.
We pack in no-melt packaging when it's warm so every gift arrives in pristine condition.
If a gift arrives melted, we'll replace it at no additional shipping charge, or offer you a refund.

Yes. Send us your address list using our CSV template and we'll drop-ship every gift for $10 each, or ship everything to one address for free. Drop-shipping covers the continental US.
Our returning clients will change it up from year to year. Many combine a 15-pc Truffles & Caramels box, a couple of chocolate bars, with a custom insert card, drop-shipped to each client. That's about $74 per gift, delivered.
Yes. A Sweet Gesture or Real Treat makes a closing gift your clients will open the day they get their keys. Add your paper band so they remember who sent it.
All of our chocolate is made in a facility that also processes dairy and nuts. Some products also contain wheat, like the Dubai Chocolate Bar. We list ingredients and allergens on every product page and can suggest options for recipients with dietary needs.
Bars keep 1.5 to 2 years. Truffles and caramels keep 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the item. When it's warm, we ship early in the week with ice packs and a thermal liner, so nothing sits in a truck over a weekend. Orders ship Monday through Thursday. If a gift arrives melted, we'll replace it at no additional shipping charge, or offer you a refund.
We send a proposal and invoice. A 50% deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipment. We accept card, ACH and check.
Under IRS rules, a business can generally deduct up to $25 per recipient per year for business gifts. We can't give tax advice, so please check with your accountant about your situation.
