HOW DOES IT WORK?
SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS FOR SHIPMENT
If you include R&D or other limited edition items in your subscription, you'll need to make sure they're in stock for your next shipment or replace them with new bars. You will receive an email notification 3 days before your next order to make changes. If you miss the cutoff to change a product that is out of stock, we'll surprise you with the next best option!
THE 1st OF EVERY MONTH
We process payment and ship subscriptions on the 1st of every month. You get to choose the frequency: every 1, 2 or 3 months.
WHICH BARS CAN I CHOOSE?
The subscription includes chocolate bars that range from $8-12. The more bars you subscribe to, the more you save. For specialty items priced above this range, you'll be able to add those to cart separately!

Flat rate pricing allows us to include shipping in the price every single time, giving you flexibility to order what you want, when you want - no shipping hassle.

Before your shipment, login to your account to select your bars for the month.
Since we're rotating seasonal products and bars, one product you subscribe to may be "sold out" for the season or permanently. This just means we'll treat your account like a meal service -
choose your products or we'll send you the top sellers!
1. What happens if I don't select a new product in time?
You'll receive an email 3 days before your next shipment, so that you can hop into your account and choose all your bars. If we don't get a hold of you, we'll send a "Surprise Me" ~ Maker's Choice product to replace the missing items.
2. How can I cancel?
Our priority is your flexibility. You can cancel at any time at your convenience through your login portal.
